Camp Reservation Rates
Reservation fees are based on the number of people in your group. You will be billed $26/person/night, which includes only the facilities listed in the choices below. Your group will be placed in the facility corresponding to your group size, unless you specify a particular facility for an extra fee – see optional additional fees below. Be aware that there is a minimum reservation charge, which may effect your rates if you have a smaller group. (CBBA and NWBC groups receive discounted rates.)
If Joshua is your main rental, you will be charged $36/person/night and can add additional buildings for the prices listed below. If you're confused, no worries! We will charge you whichever way gives you the better price.
10 to 29 people: You get Jeremiah House as a stand-alone facility, which includes the play field and all outdoor recreation.
30 to 79 people: You get Isaiah Lodge and bunkhouses as needed for sleeping your group and the Jonah Bath House along with the play field and all outdoor recreation.
80 to 89 people: You get Isaiah Lodge with ALL Bunkhouses as well as the play field and all outdoor recreation.
90 to 119 people: You get Isaiah Lodge with ALL Bunkhouses and the Jeremiah House, plus the play field and all outdoor recreation.
120+ people: You get Isaiah Lodge with ALL Bunkhouses, Jeremiah House, and Tent Sites, plus the play field and all outdoor recreation.
Additional Facilities
Any group may add optional additional facilities to your base rental (as described above) for an additional fee.
Isaiah Lodge for $300/night
Jeremiah House for $200/night
Joshua Lodge for $750/night
Reservation Charges
All groups will be charged as follows:
$100 Reservation Fee - due at reservation (refundable for cancellation until 60 days prior to reservation date)
$250 Cleaning/Security Deposit - due at reservation (refunded to final balance if facilities are left in good condition)
$26/person/night - estimated 50% down payment is due 60 days prior to reservation dates
$________ - Optional add-on facilities
$60/day Heating Fee - only applies October through April
$250 - optional early check-in fee (must be approved no earlier than 1 month before reservation date). Normal times are 4:00 pm check-in and 2:00 pm check-out.
Camp Touchet Reservation and Payment Policy
- You may reserve Camp Touchet up to 12 months before your reservation date.
- Your date is reserved when (and not before) we receive your completed reservation form, the reservation fee ($100), and the cleaning/security deposit ($250).
- The estimated 50% down payment is due 60 days before your reservation date. Failure to provide down payment may result in the loss of your reservation.
- Proof of insurance certificate is due 60 days before your reservation date.
- Final invoice will be sent to you after your camp use. Final payment is due upon receipt.
